Determine Your Employees Strengths (and Weaknesses) using the MBTI test

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment was developed by psychiatrist Carl Jung and has been in use for over 50 years as a way to better understand individual differences. This test aids businesses in understanding the way their employees think, communicate, and interact.

The MBTI test helps explain:

  • How does one get energy? – Through Extraversion or Introversion

  • How does one take in information? – Through Sensing or Intuition

  • How does one make decisions? – Through Thinking or Feeling

  • How does one view the world? – Through Judgment or Perceiving

The Aligned Signs Blog wrote an entire article on the INTJ (Introversion, Intuition, Thinking and Judgment), probably in part because it is considered to be one of the rarest in the population! INTJ’s are also called the “The Scientists” or “Masterminds” and are “quick, deep thinkers, fine decision makers, creative, and extremely articulate with a high level of intelligence and self-confidence”. These are only a few of the reasons that INTJ’s frequently find themselves in leadership roles.

More information about the MBTI test can be found on the TESTS PAGE of our website. Please fill out the contact form if you’re interested in finding out how to access the test.
