Authentic or - accurate, authoritative, convincing, credible, legitimate, original, pure, reliable, true and trustworthy. All synonyms for authentic, in this case leadership.

An authentic leader builds legitimacy through honest relationships with attendants of any sort, and the foundation of any authentic leader is built up on an ethical foundation. They are positive, contain pure self-approach and therefore promote openness and acceptance.

These people are also very self-aware, genuine and truthful, they are mainly focused on and prioritize the end result trough their mission. By leading with their hearts and not just their own minds, authentic leaders are primarily focused on the long-term benefits rather than short-term and short-lasting experiences.
